Marianne Thomas
Owner
Marianne Thomas has been in the beauty industry for almost two decades. She graduated from Georgia Southern University and immediately started her career. She has focused on the medical aesthetics field, earning her Certified Laser Tech license and Safety Laser Officer credentials.
She is the owner and operator of Hydrate Salon + Day Spa and 360 SkinLab. She loves talking with people about their beauty needs and the potential modalities offered. Marianne is committed to only have devices and products she believes in and knows will deliver results!

Lindsey Bersano & Melanie McDaniels
Lindsey and Melanie are business partners, sisters, and best friends. They grew up in Albuquerque, NM, went to college at University of Kansas and now call Arizona home. They both worked in the industry prior to opening Hydrate Salon and Day Spa. They both currently work behind the chair, doing what they love. The girls grew up around a family owned and operated business. They had the drive to become successful business women at a young age. They feel very fortunate to have Hydrate Salon and Day Spa and be a part of the beauty industry.
Kelli Tracy
Colorist
Kelli has been in the industry since 2002 with expanded training from Chicago specializing in color and color corrections. She prides herself on keeping your hair healthy as paying close attention to detail. Kelli is trained in Easihair Pro Extensions.
Mandi-Jo Unruh
Stylist
Mandi Jo is a California native who relocated to Arizona in 2022. Since 2014 Mandi Jo has pursued her passion for the hair Industry and continuing education which allows her to keep current in all trends. She is known for her blonding techniques, but loves all things hair. Mandi Jo is skilled in all hair color, cutting and styling techniques as well as in wedding and formal hair, hand tied weft extensions, brazillian blowouts and keratin treatments.
Marina Rice
Stylist
Marina is a passionate stylist from Russia. She loves to be creative and try new things. She has trained under top stylists with education being a top priority. Her goal is to provide fashion forward looks while still being suitable for a daily basis. Marina feels detailed consultations and communication is key when working with and pleasing her clients.
Shayna Palme
Stylist
With over 11 years in the industry and trained by top educators from Minnesota, Shayna specializes in creating high-quality color and haircut styles that provide easy at home maintenance. She focuses on communicating and ensuring clients leave feeling better than they did when they came in. Shayna is trained in Laced Hair Extensions and Global Keratin Smoothing.
Natalie Stabb
Esthetician
Natalie specializes in custom facials and chemical peels. She assists in training for Eminence skin care as well.
Lanora Landers
Nail Tech
Lanora has been in the salon and nail care business since 1998. While raising a family in New Mexico, Lanora started, owned and operated her full service salon while building a very loyal clientele. Lanora’s business flourished as a high-end, full service salon which was sold in order to relocate her family to the Phoenix area.
Morgan Pulley
Reception
Morgan is an Arizona native who recently began her journey into nursing school. Morgan loves to connect with people and build meaningful relationships. Her passion for the beauty industry continues to grow and she looks forward to building these relationships at Hydrate with each client that visits the salon.
